SWL-WWHI.org is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donation, now that digital payments have become more frequent. SWL-WWHI.org India expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations, and further recognizes that a donation may be made erroneously, or donors may change their mind.
SWL-WWHI.org will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. SWL-WWHI.org may also seek further information / documents, and donor must co-operate in this regard.
However, SWL-WWHI.org is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
If you would like your donation SWL-WWHI.org to be refunded:
You must request SWL-WWHI.org in writing or by email for a refund, which must reach SWL-WWHI.org within 7 (seven) days from the date on which the donation is made, i.e., the date on which donation:
Is made online, electronically or through other means, OR
Is through cheque /demand draft made in favour of The Society For Working Life or/and Women Work and Health Initiative, or someone authorized by SWL-WWHI.org for this purpose, OR
Is through cheque / demand draft dispatch to The Society For Working Life or/and Women Work and Health Initiative by other means.
The written request stating reason for refund must be sent to the address stated below, and must contain all the following details pertaining to the donation:
– Date of donation
– Donation amount
– If donation was made through cheque/draft, to provide Cheque/Draft no.
– If donation was made through credit card, to provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
– If donation was made through credit card, to provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
– If donation was made online, to provide Donation-ID.

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
