Malti is a cook for the CEDC. Initially from Agra, Malti and her husband moved to Sangam Vihar after getting married, where she has been living for 15 years now.
Malti says “I joined the women’s remedial classes and learned how to write own name, a little bit how to read and write, counting. Also, my daughter learnt how to stitch here.”
Malti has now been working at the CEDC for almost 3 years, where she cooks a fresh, nutritious meal every day.
